Eric Clapeck, Assistant Principal
Mr. Clapeck began his educational career in 2012 teaching high school Civics, Economics, Logic and Law, where he was recognized as a Distinguished Educator by the Flinn Foundation and as a Presidential Distinguished Teacher in 2018. Mr. Clapeck started at Highland Prep in 2019 where he instructed students in Government, Economics, U.S. History, Psychology as well as coached Men’s basketball and advised Student Council. Mr. Clapeck holds Bachelor’s of Arts degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership as well as a Juris Doctorate degree. In his short time here, he has been instrumental in working with HP’s first graduating class, where they had a 100% graduation rate, a 100% acceptance into a four-year college or University and earned over $4 million in scholarships.
