Graduated from University of Phoenix in May 2015
I moved to Arizona in March of 2015 from Visalia, CA. That is where I was born and raised. I am married with two children. I am a career changer and worked in a chemistry lab for a dairy food industry for 10 years. During that time I began to coach high school sports. I have coached track and field, basketball, and football. I had the opportunity to participate in junior college football and track and field in California. While coaching I realized that I had a positive impact on quite a few of the student athletes that I coached and with the support and motivation of my wife, I went back to school and finished my degree. I am very passionate about physical education and feel that is an integral part of the total education of every child in kindergarten through high school. I feel that students need physical education to improve physical fitness, skill development, self-discipline, improve judgement, strengthen peer relationships or become more social, improve self-confidence and self-esteem, get experience in setting and striving for goals, and support of the other subject areas.
